Thank you. Its mostly colored pencils, but I did the solid background with the sketch in Photoshop.

You drew her well, but her uniform could use a little more flow of movement, and the lips of the pic in the bg aren't very common to anime. They still look spiffy, so don't worry. I think you have a good shot at winning this here contest, but I shall bid thee good luck anyhoo

Tsunade wears lipstick, so that's kind of why I drew the lips like that-but I probably would have been better off just drawing them in with a red colored pencil in the bg or something. Frankly, that background sketch has lots of issues-I probably should've erased it in Photoshop. Ah well.
